Boden are working alongside a Leading FM provider who are looking for an Regional SHEQ/Health and Safety Manager to join their team in Edinburgh on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
Salary-£60,000 plus Annual bonus and Company car or equivalent
Based from Edinburgh the role holder will provide guidance and leadership to ensure that contracts in the Sustainable FM division meet their statutory health and safety requirements and to assist contracts in delivering business initiatives.
This role will identify and deliver solutions to improve operational Health and Safety management and performance in contracts Scotland and Cork. Working closely, and in partnership, with the operational teams this role will ensure the H&S objectives and safety culture are embedded and improved across the operational sites across the region.
What will you deliver?
* Management of Health And Safety across the Regional Operational area to ensure all work is undertaken to external and internal standards and guidelines.
* Work with the Sr Health And Safety Managers, SHEQ Solutions, CDM and Central SHEQ to utilise and maintain adequate systems to meet all statutory and EQUANS obligations.
* Ensure all reportable data (Near Misses, Accidents, RIDDORs, HiPos, LTI’s, Incidents, LSV/MSV) is recorded accurately on the contract – coach...
