The Marketing Director will be acting as Brand Lead for our Haematology therapy area, ensuring seamless execution of branded tactics/activities to support the launch of the product. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures that the international brand strategy is translated with an effective launch tactical plan for HCPs and care teams Collaborates with country team members to obtain input on launch strategies and tactics and ensure aligned implementation in countries Lead cross functional team in charge of HCP education (CSF2) Works with global team to help shape global brand strategy/ global deliverables to meet the needs of international Engages with the HCP community for transfusion-dependent ẞ-thalassemia (TDT) and sickle cell disease (SCD), including both transplanter / staff and referring haematologists, to understand community challenges and opportunities influence perceptions, and to develop advocates Collaborates with internal Legal, Medical, and Regulatory partners to deliver a compelling, effective unbranded and branded campaign for haematologists, transplanters, and associated care teams Works with external agencies to execute promotional strategy and tactics through personal and non-personal channels, while ensuring external partners remain on-time and on-budget Leverages primary and secondary research to develop clear, actionable insights that accurately inform the key drivers and barriers to a successful launch strategy. Provide direction and input in market research projects Required Education Proven education in a similar field and equivalent combined education. Required Experience Experience in developing Brand strategies and tactics for Europe or International. Experience in this area is preferred Haematology, Hemoglobinopathies (sickle cell disease and beta thalassemia), cell and/or genetic therapy experience is a bonus Required Knowledge/Skills Highly skilled in leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders with scientific and commercial teams Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage initiatives that require collaboration across multiple functional areas An entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems Hands on approach, can do attitude and Innovative and entrepreneurial flair Strong written communication skills, presentation delivery, and interpersonal skills to be effective in a team environment.
