We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Relationship Manager to join our team and oversee the relationships with mortgage lenders. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our network of mortgage lenders and fostering strong partnerships. This role is key to managing the external relationships with our external customers and developing trust and to add value to the professionals relationships we continue to nurture. Property experience is desirable, we can teach you the rest But strong customer service skills, and ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions to problems when the arise. Working closely with the Head of Registrations and other legal heads and stakeholders in the business, this position will give you a platform to further develop your passion for the legal sector. This role involves but is not limited to: Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing mortgage lenders to ensure smooth communication, build trust and maximize business opportunities. New Lender Acquisition: Identify and on-board new mortgage lenders into our network to expand our lender base. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including compliance & risk, and legal teams, to ensure effective communication and cooperation in fulfilling lender requirements. Client Support: Address lender enquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, providing exemplary customer service. Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess the performance of lender relationships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high ethical standards in all interactions. Reporting: Generate periodic reports for management review.
