Health Partners are looking for an enthusiastic Wellbeing Physiologist to lead an onsite team-based working with a designated client, based across several sites in Milton Keynes. The role will be a full-time position, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30 and 5pm. The ideal candidate will work closely with the head of wellbeing to support the Physiologists and develop the Wellbeing service ensuring business and client objectives and needs are met. To be considered for this role you will need to be qualified to at least degree level or equivalent in Sports Science/Health Science/Exercise Physiology/Sports Therapy and have previously had experience in sport, medical, health, wellbeing or fitness environment or studied human physiology, exercise, biochemistry, anatomy/biomechanics, psychology or nutrition. Duties and Key responsibilities include: Self-starter able to take own initiative and confident in collaborating with the Head of Wellbeing to develop and deliver the clients wellbeing programme. Confident in writing communications and health and wellbeing articles/newsletters for the client to promote the overall health and wellbeing offering. Work in collaboration with the operations lead through the implementation of wellbeing solutions for the client. Delivery of webinars and workshops to empower employees with the knowledge to enact on change Able to support with the reporting of wellbeing data, as well as providing case studies and testimonials to help develop ongoing Health and Wellbeing activities. Develop a working relationship with the wider HP clinical teams. Develop internal relationships with key influencers and staff within HP and the relevant client to produce solutions to client clinical challenges and ensure clinical requirements are met and an effective high-quality service is delivered to our clients Use Management Information, KPI reports and Satisfaction Surveys according to contract requirements to raise the profile of our services To have a customer service focus including conducting patient encounters and when working with and within client companies. Keep knowledge up to date through continued research and commitment to learning. Empower others to be accountable for their own health and wellbeing. Clinical delivery and delivery of Physiologist health promotion events as required. Clinical delivery of on-site and remote health screening, health coaching and webinars Proficient in motivational interviewing techniques and utilising evidence-based lifestyle interventions for the treatment and management of lifestyle induced disease. Maintaining and ensuring maintenance and calibration of clinical equipment Ensure that appropriate levels of medical consumables are maintained across the client.
