Electrical Service Engineer required for our client, one of the largest independent security companies in the UK, who boast over 20 years' experience within the industry. Specialising in Fire Suppression and detection (Alarms and Extinguishers) as well as security (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder alarms).
They are now looking for a Service Engineer to join their London team, covering works within the M25.
Service Engineer Salary & Benefits
* Door to Door paid travel - outside of your working hours at your flat rate

* Monday - Friday (40hrs)
* Specialist tools, equipment, uniform and PPE provided
* On call - 2 days every 10-14 days. Standby fee £7.50 for the day, £20 if you go to a job, travel is paid door to door.
* Overtime Available - 1.5X or 2X on Saturday after 12pm, Sunday and BH.
Responsibilities
* To ensure all planned maintenance is carried out in line with its scheduled date.
* To monitor regular inspection procedures (preventative maintenance programme) of equipment, including fire alarm, emergency lighting, and disabled alarms.
* Record inspection reports.
* Small works, service engineer, planned maintenance.
* To undertake electrical repairs and installations as appropriate.
* To report any defects at time-of-service visit.
* To complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
* To understand and comply with policies and procedures.
* To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required.
Minimum Requirements
* City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent.
* IEE 18th Edition Regulations.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience.
* Experience in dealing with all types of electrical fire life safety works, within the services sector.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety and safe working practices.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Able to work at heights of up to 3 metres and lift weights of up to 25kg.
