Main Responsibilities
To provide our customers with a great customer experience by dealing with enquires in a timely and professional manner.
1st line answering of telephone enquiries from Clients.
Daily Management of emailed enquiries for faults/servicing including receipt of new works orders and customer/internal enquiries, and ensuring all emails are actioned as required daily.
Knowledge and application of Service Level Agreements in place with clients.
Accurate logging of admin notes to reflect all queries handled.
Understanding and interpretation of client expectations with the ability to identify information gaps and to resolve with the client as required.
Checking of live calls for duplicate or contradictory information and clarifying with customer/staff member as required.
Logging/Querying service calls ensuring as required call includes PO number, correct response times, access information and information in relation to call reason and requirements.
Confirmation that the customer’s enquiry has either been handed at first point of contact or passed to the correct department.
