Position Summary: Develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet short and long term goals. He/she is responsible for wide-ranging work and has the understanding and experience to execute business objectives. Responsibilities: Technical lead for tools, techniques and Management Systems for Quality Assurance, Compliance, and continuous quality improvement. Participates in the implementation of Global Quality Objectives (process standardization, lessons learned, etc.) identifying and driving continuous improvement in relevant processes and quality attributes. Interfaces with external organizations and supporting functions, and is a global project team member. Participates in the development and execution of training on quality processes. Coordinates, directs and coaches the activities of project team members. Develops, reviews and executes qualification and validation protocols. Studies and Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of industry experience Skills and Qualifications: Good communicator. Expert knowledge in the interpretation and application of relevant Domestic and International Regulations and Industry Standards (e.g. ISO, QSR, UL, CSA, VDE, etc.). Ability to work independently and in team environment. Advanced competence in the selection and use of Quality Engineering Tools and Techniques.
