This role provides an exciting opportunity for you to join our Apprenticeship Academy, working within a high performing HR function helping share our people data and reporting. This programme is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in our HR function. You will develop your analytical expertise, be innovative and creative as you deliver reports to key stakeholders across the business.
To aid your development you will have the opportunity to study a Level 3 Data Essentials apprenticeship working with Microsoft Excel, which is a recognised qualification.
In addition to this, as part of our Apprenticeship Academy you will be part of our broader early careers programme where you will gain additional development and networking opportunities above and beyond your apprenticeship development.
About You
* You will be a key member of the team with responsibility for maintaining delivery of regular reports, supporting your HR colleagues and the wider Quilter business.
* You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders both within HR and the wider business to support HR initiatives and Adhoc requests.
* You will spend significant time using Microsoft Excel and our HR system (Workday) and as such will be provided with suitable training, support and freedom to enhance your knowledge and skills.
* You will have the opportunity to be innovative and have a voice in how we shape the reporting we distribute, create efficiencies to current processes, or enhance the accuracy of the reporting we deliver.
* You will have the autonomy to shape your workload and make decisions that are aligned to the direction and goals of the team.
On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position with Quilter.
