Job Description
* Providing full PA and administrative support to the management team
* Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency
* Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities
* Managing phone calls and correspondence
* Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
* Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
* Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA / Office Administrator should have:
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
