A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer seeking their next career move at a multi office practice with an outstanding reputation in the Somerset and Dorset market who are known for its supportive and professional development-focused culture.
This position involves managing a varied caseload from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Handling all aspects of commercial property and land law.
2. Managing transactions independently while supporting junior lawyers and staff.
3. Networking and business development to promote the firm.
About You:
1. 2+ years PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid technical expertise in commercial property.
2. Proven experience of managing a busy caseload and working to targets.
3. Ambitious, with an interest in career progression - this firm's clear pathway for progression makes this an excellent long-term opportunity.
