We are seeking an NDT Engineer to join our team, working closely with our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and maintaining NDT Eddy Current equipment, processing parts, interpreting results for acceptance or rejection, and documenting findings.
Familiarity with the scope and limitations of the technique/method is essential.
Performing system performance checks in accordance with applicable process standards.
Providing guidance and supervision to trainees and level I personnel.
Developing work instructions from approved general procedures, requiring final approval by a level 3 certified in the method.
Utilizing knowledge of relevant product manufacturing and inspection technology.
Mentoring and training coworkers assigned to you through on-the-job training in safe work practices, technical skills, and company policy compliance.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Level 2 Certification in Eddy Current Inspection
* Experience working towards EN4179 accreditation
* Aerospace industry experience is highly desirable
