Due to continued expansion, they are currently seeking an experienced ventilation Team Leader looking for a new challenge. The role is field-based with the potential of travel throughout the UK. Working in a supervisory capacity, you will guide a team to undertake preventative maintenance servicing and cleaning of a range of ventilation systems, fans, and various kitchen environments, and any additional duties related to the role as required. The work is varied and can be challenging but extremely rewarding. As the work is physically demanding, it is essential that the right candidate must be capable of undertaking demanding work in confined spaces and at heights. Main Responsibilities: Ensure the weekly cleaning schedule is adhered to and all cleaning records are completed professionally and accurately Complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements Ensure that all areas of the kitchens/equipment are cleaned effectively to standards required Ensure that team members are aware of their responsibilities Professional at all times, represent the company image and maintain excellent relations both internally and externally and at all levels. Respond courteously to customer and management requests. Report problems and non-conformances to the management team Ensure any appropriate warning signs are always in use Observe and comply with site rules and regulations at all times Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order Provide feedback and before and after photographs of the clean Manage and control the use of the cleaning chemicals, protective clothing and Requirements: Experience of commercial kitchen cleaning and/or kitchen extract cleaning Full clean driving licence Knowledge and understanding of COSHH regulations Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude Able to lead and work as part of the team Prepared and able to work a range of hours - this is generally day work, but can be a mixture of days, evenings and nights, as well as working away from home with overtime available for those interested with accommodation and subsistence allowance provided as standard.
