An exciting opportunity to work as a Junior Account Executive for an innovative fintech company based in Birmingham City Centre has just become available! This role is hybrid (3 days in office) with a salary of up to 25k!
You will primarily be responsible for providing first line support to any client queries. You will manage queries via multiple sources, support on compliance and rebate calculations, monitor activities and complete relevant reports, onboard new clients, build strong relationships, and handle any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a desire to progress into Account Management in the future. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a client-focused role or good customer service experience, a can-do approach towards work, be tech-savvy, and a natural problem solver.
