Head of Sales - Internal Telesales
Role split across Manchester and Halifax locations
£55,000 - £60,000 plus generous bonus / commissions

Page Group are working closely with a key client who are a market leader within their industry. Following extensive and impressive growth, they are now looking for a Head of Sales to lead their Internal Telesales function split across Manchester & Halifax.
Description
1. Direct management of 2fte and a wider 20fte across a strong internal telesales function.
2. Drive sales performance across the area to support business wide growth and achievement of pre-agreed objectives.
3. Provide direct reports with all the tools, information and resources to be successful in their roles.
4. Create a strong commercial culture across the department, ensuring all team members are productive and proactive.
5. Use all available data sources and streams to increase commercial performance, increasing outbound activity across the department.
6. Ensure appointment booking levels are where required - allowing field sales teams to drive conversion and sales completion.
7. Build strong working relationships with both field sales and internal sales teams, to ensure a collaborative approach to the sales process is maintained.
8. Use data to interpret performance and market trends, identifying areas of strength and opportunities to improve.
Profile
1. Experience managing a Telesales or outbound sales function.
2. Strong commercial approach.
3. Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
4. Extensive stakeholder management within a sales-focused role.
Job Offer
This role will require on-site presence across both Manchester and Ripponden sites on a weekly basis.
Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 plus highly lucrative Bonus / Commission (to be disclosed on application).
