Position: Electrical Project Manager & Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from inception to completion. Manage electrical installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Liaise with clients, main contractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships. Provide technical leadership and problem-solving expertise throughout project execution. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular progress meetings with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants. Oversee procurement, material management, and resource allocation. Implement and maintain best practices in project management and quality assurance. Develop project timelines, risk assessments, and contingency plans. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the M&E sector. Strong knowledge of electrical building services, power distribution, and fit-out projects. Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of design coordination, cost control, and value engineering. Familiarity with quality management systems and health & safety regulations. Experience working with main contractors and direct clients. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.
