The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team to work on Core Banking side using Mambu and end to end payment processing. Collaborating with our teams in London & Leeds (UK) and Noida (India), you will be taking the lead in translating business requirements into technical requirements for our Developers & Testers.

As a Senior Business Analyst (preferably, specializing in Core Banking area within the fintech sector), you will play a pivotal role in analysing, interpreting, and translating requirements into actionable insights and strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, Operations, Business Users, and other stakeholders (including third party vendor resources), to drive various initiatives and projects that build new or enhance our existing products.
Responsibilities:
* Domain Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of fintech concepts to contribute valuable insights into multiple projects in relation to core banking and payments, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
* Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and improvement within data workflows, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance data collection, integration, and reporting processes.
* Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, User Stories, and workflow diagrams, to facilitate efficient communication across teams.
* Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and consensus on various initiatives, ensuring that technical and non-technical stakeholders are always well informed and engaged.
* Quality Assurance: Contribute to data quality initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and communicating project status to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree (from an accredited university) preferably in business or related field or an MBA.
* Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working in similar roles.
* Experience operating within an Agile delivery methodology and experience working with Jira & Confluence.
* Ability to understand and read API docs and specifications (e.g. OpenAPI).
* Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Further desirable skills and experience:
* BA certification (e.g. IIBA certification, PMI-BA, etc.).
* Fintech Experience in Lending, Saving, or Credit Card (consumer banking).
* Hands-on experience on Mambu (preferably) or any other software-as-a-service (SaaS) core banking platform.
* Experience with Salesforce and/or financial services would be advantageous.
* Other skills like Decision-making abilities, Technical Understanding, Problem Solving, Leadership, Collaboration and Teamwork, Analytical, Interpersonal, Organization, Time management, etc.
