This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading specialist insurance company in an administration and accounts role. You’ll be an essential part of the team, gathering client information, updating systems, issuing invoices, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include processing new claim notifications, maintaining internal databases, preparing invoices and financial reports, reconciling accounts, and handling general administration. Regular client correspondence will be required, so strong written communication skills are needed. You’ll also work closely with different areas of the business, building valuable industry relationships. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in accounts administration and confidence in working with numbers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong writing and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. A team player with a personable and adaptable attitude. You should also be tech-savvy, adaptable, and a great team player Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. You will receive full training, a supportive team environment, and the chance to gain valuable experience in the insurance sector. This is an office-based role, but hybrid working may be available post-probation. The usual work week with be 35 hours Monday – Friday 8:30 – 16:30.
