We are seeking a dedicated and driven Service Support Manager to lead our Service Support team and drive operational excellence across HR, Finance, and Quality Assurance functions.

Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Service Support team, ensuring smooth delivery of support across HR, Finance, and Quality Assurance.
* Drive process improvements and operational efficiency to align with organisational goals.
* Oversee payroll operations, with a view to bringing this service in-house by 2025.
* Manage and motivate a team of four coordinators, conducting appraisals and providing cover as needed.
* Act as the escalation point for complex service issues and ensure effective resolution.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, supporting policy reviews and risk management.
* Prepare performance reports and contribute to monthly management information packs.

About You:
* Proven experience in team management, operational oversight, and process improvement.
* Strong knowledge of HR, Finance, and Quality Assurance functions.
* Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
* Effective communicator with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a remote environment.
Experience
* At least 2 years experience in a related field.
