Join our Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick team as a Site Administrator on the Hinkley Point C Project and you'll be a big part of fascinating, complex, varied and meaningful work. Hinkley Point C is the first new nuclear power station to be built in the UK in over 20 years!! Based in Somerset it will provide low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, create thousands of jobs and career opportunities. What you'll be doing As a Site Administrator, you will have the following accountabilities:
* Arranges Travel for the site-based team.
* Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
* Manages booking in area and record sheets with weekly data consolidation.
* Collection from Security of visitors and safe transit to required work area.
* Give all permanent staff and visitors office area inductions on arrival and arranges PPE for permanent staff and visitors.
* Arranges for deliveries to be received on site for the office and works area.
* Checking of documents for template format and updating as required.
* Creates agendas and takes meeting notes.
* Assists in purchase orders.
* Maintains desk requirement information and submits monthly to client.
* Assists with site on boarding and ensuring none of the site team get out of date for mandatory courses.
* Ensures the site team training system is up to date.
* Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries.
* Interface with site facilities on office upgrades and repairs
Previous experience as a site administrator
* Proven track record in all aspects of Administration in a fast-moving environment
* Experienced in diary management and travel and room booking.
* Experienced in office supplies management and ordering.
* The ability to be flexible and adaptable
* The Ability to manage a busy workload and multiple priorities.
* Be able to obtain a high-level security clearance
