This post is: Permanent Hours per week: 37.5 Main duties of the job To work as a clinical specialist Dietitian providing Dietetics services to paediatric patients on the paediatric wards at MDGH, within out-patient clinics and in community settings (including home visits), improving patient experience, supporting patient flow within the local healthcare system and ensuring high quality care by working as part of the wider MDT in a variety of settings. To deliver clinical assessment, interventions and reviews for paediatric patients across the wards, community and out-patient settings who have been referred into dietetics services. To work as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team to utilise diagnostic test results to inform relevant onward recommendations as necessary. To support the team manager and the advanced clinical specialist in specialist area in the development of services, and to provide training, support and supervision to junior staff and students.
