1. Hybrid role based in Reading
2. Hourly rate is £12-14ph including holiday
Key Responsibilities
3. Office Management: Maintain office supplies, handle iing calls, and manage office equipment.
4. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input data, maintain records, and organise files.
5. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate calendars and assist with event planning.
6. Correspondence: Draft emails, letters, and othermunications. Handle iing and outgoing mail.
7. Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
8. Support to Teams: Collaborate with different teams, providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
9. Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
10. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
11. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
12. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges and find practical solutions.
