The successful post holder will have organisational ability and a commitment to service development. They will develop the evidence base for evaluation through audit, clinical effectiveness and research activity. As appropriate, there will be an expectation to deputise for senior management. As a versatile postgraduate, they will need to have a strong clinical grounding in older people rehabilitation, expertise in falls and frailty syndrome, neurological conditions, cardiorespiratory conditions and MSK problems. They will have a good understanding of current issues affecting community services. The post holder will work autonomously as a highly skilled practitioner managing a clinical caseload of patients with diverse and complex health and social care needs.
