Paragus IT is the largest outsourced IT provider in the Pioneer Valley, and we’re on a mission to scale up to serve 1,000 clients across the nation—no slowing down here! As one of Forbes' Small Giants, our secret sauce is simple: culture, people, process, and a never-ending drive for improvement. We're not just aiming to be great; we’re here to be the best, and we're ready to roll up our sleeves to get there.
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Network Manager who’s serious about growing their IT career and making a real impact. In this role, you’ll be at the helm of your clients’ networks, ensuring everything is running seamlessly. From monitoring performance, backups, and security, to keeping compliance airtight—you’ll be the proactive expert our clients count on. You’ll also take the lead in network assessments, identify the right solutions, and make sure our clients’ infrastructure stays secure and efficient, all while adding your own unique touch to every challenge.
At Paragus IT, customer service is at the core of everything we do. We're committed to going above and beyond for our clients, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported. No matter your role, you'll be a part of a team that’s laser-focused on putting clients first, delivering 'wow' moments, and holding ourselves to the highest standards. If you're passionate about making people’s day and thrive on building great relationships, you’ll fit right in!

4. Perform compliance assessments based on State, Federal, industry, and internal policies, and provide actionable solutions to address any gaps in the client's best interest.
5. Collaborate with your client team to deliver outstanding customer service that prioritizes the client’s best interests and satisfaction.
6. Keep comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology, asset inventory, and configurations for reliable and organized client support.
7. Act as a resource for escalated issues, following security protocols and raising concerns to the Director of Security & Compliance as needed.
8. Participate in our on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support for 3 weeks per year to keep clients’ systems running smoothly.
9. Bring the fun! Whether it's enjoying great food, joining Nerf battles (or observing), or hanging with our office dogs, you’ll contribute to the vibrant, team-oriented environment that makes Paragus special for clients and staff alike.

The ideal candidate for the Network Manager role at Paragus is a tech-savvy pro with a strong grip on network management, security, and compliance.
