Are you an innovative and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager able to take charge of customer acquisition and drive the expansion of this brand's direct-to-consumer offering? This critical role reports directly to the Head of Marketing & Brand and is central to their mission of acquiring new customers and increasing brand awareness.
As the Growth Manager, you will design and execute acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, display advertising, influencer marketing, print advertising, and other marketing channels. You'll thrive on using data to inform strategies, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and experimenting with new ideas to unlock growth opportunities. Collaboration is key—you'll work alongside the Ecommerce and Retention Managers, ensuring a seamless customer journey from acquisition to retention.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital acquisition channels, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for creative problem-solving. You should feel at home in a fast-paced, growing environment and have a testing mentality that thrives on learning from results. You'll be capable of mentoring a small team and collaborating across departments to bring bold ideas to life.
