* Basic c£65,000
* OTE £85,000 uncapped in year 1
* Monday to Friday

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Exhibition Sales Manager to work across an exciting Portfolio, selling the full 360-degree package, on a well a well respected brand.
The role is target focused, but also allows for progression as the products develop and evolve.
Responsibilities
The role is sales driven but will also be able to develop new products and give their input steering and developing strategy to match the digital ambitions of the company.
* Ensuring team and individual sales targets are achieved
* Managing weekly and monthly pipeline of sales leads, individually and your team
* Managing KPI’s and monthly expectations, individual and team
* Floorplan management
* Developing and growing the existing client base and spend, whilst offering new client solutions
* Actively and intelligently seek new business opportunities
* Ensuring all new business is account managed correctly
* Ensuring the “quality of client” is kept at the highest achievable level and matched to all shows and products
* Managing clients before, during, and after the show(s)
* Communicating with senior management on forecasting and revenue
