Eye4 Recruitment are working with a reputable family business based in Woking, we are looking to recruit for an Accounts/Admin position to join a dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assisting with the running of all aspects of our accounts including accounts payable and receivable
* Processing and setting up new account customers and suppliers on to our system
* Reconciling daily accounts and payments
* Assist in maintaining compliance with policies and statutory regulations and help prepare documents for year-end accounts
* Manage office tasks such as sorting mail, scanning, filing (both electronic and physical)
* Act as a first point of contact for customer and supplier support, assisting with account enquiries by telephone, email and occasionally in person
* Assist in the production of marketing material
* Maintain Health & Safety to HSE & Company Standards
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS
* Previous experience in an office administration role
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical approach to problem solving and an ability to resolve them effectively
* Good organisation skills – an ability to plan and prioritise workloads
* Good numerical skills and a strong comfort with numbers and data accuracy
