Great opportunity to join our team as CSR Data Support Assistant!
You will assist the Equip Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team to deliver the RAB DNA CSR agenda. You will be working with key partners internally and externally contributing to the analysis and reporting commitments relating to carbon calculations, labour standards and product sustainability characteristics through effective data collection, analysis and management.
Key Responsibilities of CSR Data Support Assistant (including but not limited to):
* Support the RAB DNA ‘Partner’ Supply Chain Due Diligence programme through:-
o Audit scheduling, reviewing and communicating with key manufacturing partners
o Using labour standards data portal to submit and maintain accurate manufacturing partner data
* Support the RAB DNA ‘Planet’ ambition through:-
o Annual data collection and analysis of environmental data for internal reporting and external data verification
o Supporting Higg Index partner engagement and data collection
* Support the RAB DNA ‘Product’ Material Facts programme through:-
o Ongoing collation and analysis and reporting of seasonal product data
o Liaison with internal functions to ensure accuracy, clarity and improvements in product data transparency
o Increasing data accuracy and availability to support retailer sustainability data requirements
* Support Equip’s ESG ambition through
o Providing data to support submission criteria requirements for extended producer responsibility (EPR) requirements
o Submit data on a timely basis to EPR data portals
o Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure data is accurate and timely.
To join us as CSR Data Support Assistant you must have:
Essential
* Good education with English and Maths qualifications or experience in a related role
* Proven ability to collate, cleanse and structure data and information for accurate reporting
* Good analytical experience and ability to show how improvements can be made from data, primarily using Microsoft Excel
* Strong planning and project management skills with good attention to detail
* Enjoy teamwork and collaboration
* Highly competent use of Microsoft Excel and good experience of other Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Desirable
* Degree or qualifications in a related field such as CSR, Environmental Management, Sustainability or Ethical Trade
* Experience with social standards, ethical or sustainability data analysis such as Higg Index, Fair Wear Foundation, amfori BSCI, GRS Standards, GHG accounting or similar
* Understanding of textiles and apparel supply chains
* Experience within a retail, distribution or manufacturing data role
* Keen interest in sustainability and a desire to make an impact
