Calling all Customer Service and Logistics Leads We have an exciting new role as a Customer Service and Logistics Lead who will lead a team of two Customer Service Specialists whilst playing a critical role overseeing daily operations, resolving issues, and providing clear communication both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities Managing accurate inventory across three logistics service providers Addressing inbound distribution issues, such as manual Goods Issue errors. Managing inventory for distressed stock. Handling month-end and year-end inventory processes. Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to customers using SAP. Resolving outbound delivery issues, including late deliveries and refusals. Supervising two Customer Service Specialists Ensuring the team provides efficient customer order processing and has clear communication with the customers What we’re looking for: 3 years of experience in a logistics/customer service lead environment from an FMCG businesses Previous Supervisory experience Familiarity with warehouse management systems and transport tools Previous knowledge with SAP is a plus Strong IT skills using Excel proficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong stakeholder management experience Perks Benefits Hybrid remote – 3x a week in the office £32,000 -£37,500 bonus Additional benefits including private medical insurance and gym membership If this sounds of interest, APPLY NOW
