Job Description: The Senior Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee project programs, identifying risks, goals, and opportunities. Manage resources effectively, ensuring the team structure supports project requirements. Monitor project costs, including producing and approving cost reports. Manage variations, scope changes, and design reviews against the budget. Ensure project profitability and achieve financial targets. Qualifications and Skills: Degree or equivalent qualifications in Building, Construction Management, or Engineering. Minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry, with at least 7 years in project or site management. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and/or Asta Power Project. Experience with project management software such as Procore or ASITE. Experience delivering projects with significant structural or refurbishment components.
