This professional services client is looking for a highly personable and communicative Receptionist for their Cheltenham office. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will provide a warm, professional, and upbeat welcome. This is a great opportunity for a team player who would excel at being the external face and voice of the company and who can manage all reception duties to a high standard.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Welcome guests to the office
2. Answer and direct all calls in a helpful manner
3. Manage all incoming and outgoing post in a timely fashion
4. Ensure boardroom and communal areas are kept tidy
5. Provide administration support to MD on an ad-hoc basis
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Confident when meeting and helping clients and visitors
2. Friendly and proactive
3. Excellent, professional customer service and communication skills
4. Flexible and conscientious - you will have high standards
5. Good knowledge of MS Office
