The Technology in M&A team at KPMG is one of the fastest growing and most profitable within Deal Advisory and across the firm. We handle all aspects of technology, including strategy, digital, apps, infrastructure, cloud, operating models, data, cyber, RPA, and post-deal implementation & enhancements, as well as reviewing technology spend.

The Technology in M&A team comprises subject matter experts and is responsible for providing top-tier support to both acquirers and vendors on pre- and post-deal technology issues. Our services include buy-side diligence, sell-side diligence, separations, integrations, IPOs, synergy, JVs, and business setup. We support clients throughout the deal lifecycle.

What will you be doing?
* Prepare, plan, and deliver M&A technology programs and due diligence, focusing on ERP implications.
* Lead and support clients through technology programs related to acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and other transactions, especially ERP system implementation, separation, and integration.
* Provide high-quality insights and recommendations based on expertise.
* Oversee ERP data migration projects and collaborate with third-party vendors for smooth implementation.
* Engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
* Develop additional ERP-focused products and revenue streams.
* Manage engagement quality and risk.
What will you need to do it?
* Deep technical expertise in at least one ERP landscape: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
* Significant experience in consulting or industry with ERP exposure, preferably in M&A environment, including ERP implementation/support, integrations, architecture, due diligence, IT organization design, and transitional services.
* Understanding of the deal lifecycle and technology's role within it.
* Leadership in client meetings and team management experience.
