Job Title: Catering Assistant
G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Catering Assistant on a part-time, permanent basis based in Norfolk.
Salary: £11.44 per hour (Saturday's £15.22 & Sundays £18.99)
Working Hours: 15.75 hours per week
Schedule:
* Week one: Monday, Thursday, and Friday 3pm to 7pm
* Week two: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday 3pm to 7pm
Location: Kelling Hospital, NR25 6QA
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve daily meals, snacks, and beverages.
* Adhere to approved delivery schedules for all food and drinks.
* Maintain high food hygiene, safety, and service standards.
* Ensure food presentation, portion control, temperature, and quality meet standards.
* Dispose of catering waste per departmental policies.
* Perform assigned cleaning tasks using provided checklists and training.
We seek individuals who work well as part of a team, possess good interpersonal and customer service skills, and have knowledge of food hygiene to ensure all food is handled, stored, prepared, and cooked in accordance with good practices and legislation.
Requirements: You MUST have access to your own transport to be considered for this role.
