RoleOverview
The ProjectCoordinator will work closely with the Project Managersand to provide comprehensive support to a rapidlygrowing workstream. You will be responsible for managing thedaytoday administrative requirements for the overall businessrequirements. A professional andconfidential manner will be required at alltimes.
Whatwill you bedoing
* Endto end responsibility for coordination of clientdelivery
* Monitordaily project progress updating trackers anddatabases.
* DailyInterface with customers including regular conferencecalls
* Completedaily / weekly / monthlyreports
* Receiveand review daily work stack over Internal System. Management ofplanned start dates and completion dates on the internalsystem.
* Raiseinput and manage Streetworks /permits
* NOIsubmissions toclient
* Monitorand update Internal clientsystems
* Liaisewith various company and clientteams.
* Communicatewith field engineers to ensure jobs are fully prepped andscheduled
* Createjob packs to stakeholderspecification
Requirements
SkillsandQualifications
* GoodIT skills with good working knowledge of MS Excelspecifically.
* Excellentorganisational skills with a proactive and methodical workethic.
* Attentionto detail with a focus on accuracy and a can doattitude.
* Confidentcommunicator with a good telephone manner with experience ofdealing with multiple parties both internal andexternal.
* Gooddecisionmaking skills with the ability to recognise and escalateissues and seek assistance wherenecessary.
* Tobe effective working in both a team and on own initiative with anability to manage your own timeefficiently.
* Abilityto work to deadlines and able to work under pressure to deliver onmultiple fronts with the capability to adapt to changingpriorities.
