Recruiting Manager
Adam Luscombe (66875)
We are recruiting an Energy Officer to help us deliver our goal to be carbon neutral. This role will see you working as part of our Climate, Transport and Planning Team. You’ll be working with our Strategy and Project Management Team as well as colleagues throughout our organisation. You will be actively sourcing funds and identifying the right proposals to reduce our energy and water consumption, as well as carbon emissions across our estate.
This is an exciting opportunity, helping us to respond to the climate challenges and also to improve the performance of our assets. We are looking for an individual, ideally with some previous experience in managing energy and low carbon estate projects, who is looking for a new challenge. You will be taking responsibility for shaping how we develop a more effective approach to the management of energy and decarbonising our estate, whilst enjoying a good work-life balance in a naturally inspiring part of the UK.
Torbay can offer an unrivalled quality of life for individuals and families. With a population around 140,000 and whilst a magnet for visitors, the beautiful Tor Bay and its stunning natural environment also hosts hi tech businesses and a vibrant arts and cultural scene, offering a hub for active adventurers and excellent schools for families too.
If this sounds right for you, we’d love to hear from you.
Come and be part of our #torbaystory.”
