Senior Beauty Therapist (fixed-term) Aqua Sana is an award-winning spa offering a combination of experiences, products and treatments. Each spa – one at each Center Parcs location – is uniquely designed, with a minimum of 15 spa experience rooms to explore. There is also an extensive range of face and body treatments available to book, carried out by expert therapists using products from the finest treatment houses including Elemis and VOYA. Aqua Sana is extremely popular and is accessible to both guests staying on the Village as a Center Parcs guest, and external guests who visit Aqua Sana during a Spa Day, Luxury Spa Break or for a treatment. SENIOR BEAUTY THERAPIST | £14.33 per hour This is a fixed-term role until June 2025. We are looking for a qualified, highly professional, and ambitious Senior Beauty Therapist to join our award-winning Health and Beauty spa. In this role, you will ensure a professional and friendly service for both guests and colleagues. Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage as you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Beauty Therapist team. You will therefore have a friendly, professional, and motivational approach and be able to use your own initiative. Other responsibilities will include the smooth running of the reception area, taking care of all guest bookings and queries ensuring treatment and retail sales are maximised and that we deliver the highest standard of guest care and profitability. We set high standards and excellence is at the heart of everything that we do; the ideal candidate will therefore be passionate about delivering outstanding service to each and every guest. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between 7am and 10pm, with the requirement of 2 in 4 weekends. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Pre-empts problems and seeks to find solutions Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop, support and challenge a team Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent Previous experience of working within a similar role / beauty industry Previous experience of working in a customer service environment Experience of people management Ability to build relationships at all levels Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks Ability to utilise excellent time management skills and use own initiative and teamwork Desirable requirements: Previous experience of Spa / Leisure booking systems ABOUT THE BENEFITS Center Parcs is a fantastic place to work and the benefits are as impressive as they are unique.
