We’re now recruiting a National Account Manager to be responsible for driving profitable growth in the UK across all retail channels. In the role you will: Focus on and driving retail growth across all channels in the UK, working with the wider team to increase revenue across all accounts new and existing. Develop account plans for sustainable growth, based on analysis and learnings. Establish and set up new retail partnerships. Gain new product listings across existing and new retailers. Own all forecasting, sales tracking, sales execution, and profitability monitoring. What You’ll Need to Succeed: A positive can-do ‘hunter’ attitude and a competitive nature to win. Team player with a desire to learn and grow a business Live and breathe sales with an understanding of trade marketing. A great communicator, listens to customers and consumers, and translates their needs into the right sales propositions Curious with a focus on improving revenue and shape of the business Analytical thinking, financial acumen, and a commercial mindset. Integrity and accountability with relationship building skills. Ideal candidate: FMCG sales, preferably in food, across different retail channels.
