You will be responsible for:
* Assessment of apprentice work
* Tracking off-the-job training progress
* Supporting apprentices with English and maths development
* Monitoring apprentice progress throughout their program
* Ensuring apprentices meet all apprenticeship requirements
* Visiting apprentices in the workplace
* Liaising with employers, mentors, and college staff
Qualifications:
* Experience in engineering, preferably utilities sector or a related field
* Experience working with young people and apprentices
* Minimum Level 4 qualification in an engineering discipline
* Assessor's award V1, TAQA or equivalent (essential)
* Teaching qualification (desirable)
