Planner & Senior Planner - Construction Projects
A leading UK airport is seeking a Planner to support Construction and Infrastructure projects within its sustainability team. This role involves managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and providing technical planning support for projects up to £50m.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project schedules with clear milestones.
* Monitor progress, identify critical activities, and update schedules as needed.
* Assess contractor schedules, ensuring alignment with project baselines.
* Conduct delay analysis and evaluate compensation events.
* Prepare progress reports and performance assessments.
Skills & Experience:
* Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in project planning (preferably on projects over £10m).
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
* Familiarity with NEC contracts and live operational environments.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
