4CM specialises in commercial property fit-outs, refurbishments, facilities management, and property maintenance. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with expertise in boutique hotel projects.
Role Overview
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the fit-out and refurbishment of boutique hotels, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to create luxury, bespoke hospitality spaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end construction projects for boutique hotels, from planning to handover.
* Oversee fit-out, refurbishment, and structural works with a focus on high-end finishes.
* Work with clients, interior designers, and consultants to bring creative visions to life.
* Ensure health & safety compliance and adherence to building regulations.
* Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
* Conduct site inspections, progress reports, and risk assessments.
* Handle any on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, interior fit-outs, and hospitality design.
* Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage site logistics efficiently.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standards.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (preferred).
