Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading and managing highway engineering projects from conception to completion.
* In-depth knowledge of highway design principles, standards, and practices.
* Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
* Experience with highway design, including alignment, grading, drainage, and pavement design.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Ability to prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation.
* Current UK experience within a public, private or third sector UK-based client.
* Understanding and appreciation of CDM regulations.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
* HND, HNC, BEng, MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline would be an advantage.
* IEng or CEng.
