We have an exciting opportunity to launch our York Office in the new year, and we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join us on this exciting journey to deliver first-class recruitment solutions to schoold in the local and surrounding areas. You will join a hugely-successful and award-winning Team in the Yorkshire & North East Region where there are already large-scale contracts and existing business in place. This is a hugely-exciting opportunity for an ambitious; results-driven and customer-focussed individual to join our expanding team The role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at Career Teachers: Term time working hours: Monday - Friday 07:30-17:30 (Term Time) School Holiday working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 14:00. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions. Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods. Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions. Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business.
