We are looking for a forward-thinking and energetic individual with good interpersonal skills and the ability to raise the profile and presence of Doorway. You will be an exceptional and inspiring leader, able to galvanise high performing teams of staff and volunteers and develop strong and lasting relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. The CEO must bring experience in successfully balancing the strategic and operational leadership responsibilities within an organisation of our nature, bringing with them a positive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to think creatively. Our ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of housing and homelessness, local authorities and the charity sector and/ or have senior experience in an organisation of similar scale and complexity.
