Legal Secretary (Temporary) Duration: 4-5 weeks Location: Norwich City Centre Job Type: Temporary We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Dispute Resolution team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in litigation and familiarity with Proclaim software. Day-to-day of the role: Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Dispute Resolution team. Manage correspondence, legal documents, and reports, ensuring they are formatted, filed, and distributed accurately. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates. Maintain and organise case files to ensure information is kept up to date and accessible. Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with legal standards. Assist in the preparation of court bundles and other legal documents. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to coordinate various aspects of case management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a legal secretary, specifically within litigation. Proficiency in Proclaim or similar legal case management software is highly desirable. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
