IT Support Technician
Location: Based at Cornwall College Camborne, but with travel required to other sites.
Salary: £24,232.47 to £25,048.08 (CC30 to CC31)
Terms & Conditions: Full Time (37 hours/ 52 weeks), Support Contract

About the Role
IT Services provide support for desktop & server infrastructure, LAN & WAN communications, telecommunications, AVA, printing and end user support. We are a small, dedicated team working collaboratively to give the best service possible to our students and staff.
Based at our Cornwall College Camborne Campus, we are looking for a talented IT professional to join our dedicated and friendly IT support team in supporting IT for the Cornwall College Group across 8 campuses and other outreach centres. Duties involve installing new hardware and software, providing end user support and covering the IT Helpdesk. We offer excellent on-the-job training opportunities designed to help staff develop the skills necessary for internal progression.
Skills & Experience
Applicants must have a proven track record of deploying and supporting Windows-based hardware within a Local Area Network environment, and ideally have undertaken some formal Microsoft training in desktop and/or server technologies.
Hours of Work
This role is on a full-time basis; 37 hours per week.
