Business Development Executive (Part Time)
Cubik Innovation is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team on a part time basis to build and deliver our sales strategy and drive measurable results. You’ll have the skills to implement an effective sales approach that focuses on strengthening our existing client relationships whilst seeking new business opportunities.
The work is varied and challenging and will require a level of autonomy whilst being a team player. It’s an excellent opportunity to extend your skills in business development and management.
We’re looking for someone who can:
1. Develop and implement an effective sales strategy that expands the company’s customer base and achieves business growth.
2. Develop a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business leads and converting them to a live project.
3. Liaise with existing customers and identify opportunities for new and repeat business.
4. Qualify leads and manage them through the sales opportunity process, from initial onboarding to project close.
5. Utilise the company CRM to actively engage with previous customers, understand their requirements and provide solutions.
6. Build strong relationships with new and existing clients and referral partners.
7. Prepare sales KPI’s and report to the Senior Management Team identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
8. Provide technical support with quotes, proposals and ROM’s.
9. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Executive to coordinate marketing and sales efforts.
10. Monitor and analyse sales data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
11. Monitor the industry landscape and liaise with the wider team to respond appropriately.
What you’ll need to succeed:
1. Experience working in a consultancy environment.
2. Experience in engineering would be helpful.
3. Excellent understanding of the product development lifecycle.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to engage and inspire new and existing customers.
6. Proactive and flexible approach to your work.
7. Strong time management and planning skills.
8. Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a dynamic work environment.
