We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative support, facilities management, and office supplies.
* Coordinate and oversee office services, such as reception, mail, and document management.
* Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Manage office budgets and expenses.
* Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
* Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in office software
* Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
