Looking for a role where you can use your administration and customer service skills to provide comprehensive support to both the Customer Services Administration Team and the Technical Sales Team? As the Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the customer service returns process, email accounts and various other tasks to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Along with a salary of £25,000 per annum, you will also receive free parking, employee discounts at high street retailers, wellbeing initiatives, and regular staff events. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9-5 with a 4.30 early finish on Friday! The role is also based onsite.
As Customer Service Team Leader the support you provide will include:
* Managing the customer services returns process from start to finish, highlighting any patterns with returns.
* Managing the customer services email accounts.
* Liaising with the Warehouse on matters relating to order processing, picking, declines, and stock management.
* Ensuring customer scheduled orders are processed accurately and on time.
* Ensuring all special builds are processed.
* Managing allocated stock and preparing necessary reports.
* Running required daily and monthly reports.
* Handling day-to-day postal problems and enquiries.
* Supporting the Customer Services Manager with aged debtors and other tasks
* Assisting within the Company during periods of excessive workload.
* Assisting at events and shows.
What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Team Leader:
Full company training will be provided, but you need to be well-organised and have extensive administration experience. You will have the ability to deal with a variety of situations and people. You must be self-motivated with excellent computer skills and be able to work under pressure. Teamwork is also essential to succeeding in this role.
