NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the Milton Keynes / Northamptonshire area in order to help them find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.
They have a Good Ofsted rating and they are therapeutic, so it is a very nice place to work for. You will also receive a lot of flexibility with home working, so you can have a good work - life balance.
Responsibilities of the Registered Fostering Manager:
The Registered Fostering Manager will manage a stable team of 6 Supervising Social Workers and a Team Manager.
The service currently has 68 children placed, 42 sets of foster carers.
Requirements:
experience in a Registered Fostering Manager role
knowledge of the fostering legislation and Ofsted requirements
Social Worker degree
