Regional Human Resources Business Partner
FIND is working with a leading education provider to recruit an experienced HR Professional to cover a number of trust schools. This is a great opportunity to support School Leadership Teams with all aspects of the HR Function. Reporting into a Regional HR Manager, key duties for this role include:
1. Provide HR service support to a number of schools in a region.
2. Policy development and delivery.
3. Employee relations oversight in given schools.
4. Oversight of performance management, absence, and disciplinary processes in each school.
5. Training and development.
6. Recruitment and onboarding.
7. Oversight of all pre-employment checks.
8. Contribute to employee engagement programmes.
9. Provide accurate record keeping.
The ideal candidate for this role:
1. Has a stable work history in permanent roles.
2. Has worked in an HR role in an education setting (desirable).
3. Is CIPD qualified or working towards it, or has extensive relevant experience.
4. Possesses ER case management experience.
5. Is an effective communicator.
6. Has worked extensively with HRIS.
7. Holds a strong understanding of UK HR Law.
8. Can build effective relationships at all levels.
