This is a fantastic opportunity to join the established and exciting Centre for Business and Industry Transformation (CBIT).
At CBIT, we’re redefining the way industries adapt and innovate in a rapidly changing world. With a focus on delivering real-world impact, our team works at the intersection of academia and practice, helping organizations unlock their potential and embrace sustainable, forward-thinking strategies. CBIT is a unique initiative that integrates Business Transformation research rigour into transformative Venture Building practice and disruptive leader education. It offers:

* An award-winning Venture Builder that provides on-demand 1-2-1 support to businesses and students, creating truly tailored programmes with a legacy of accelerating over 100+ innovative businesses.

What you’ll do
Manage and grow CBIT’s 1600+ member communities, collaborating with teams to design and deliver programs for business leaders, founders, and research leaders. You’ll handle event management, marketing, and community engagement, while supporting administrative duties.

You’re entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and skilled at community management and marketing. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about building impactful, future-focused business communities.
